Our pouch bags with re-sealable zippers are filled with Charlie Company Blend coffee beans.  This blend of fully washed and sun dried beans from Guatemala and Costa Rica will leave you wanting more.  It is a delicate blend of Central American coffee.  It is rich, yet smooth and is best when roasted dark to bring out the fruit, chocolate and caramel accents.  Roast description below:

French Roast (Dark):

Dark roasts are shiny and oily on the surface and dark brown in color, sometimes almost black. Having spent the more time roasting, this bean contains less caffeine than the others. The coffee starts to taste bitter, a little smoky, with slightly burned undertones that may begin to have flavors of tar and charcoal.

FLAVORS:

Mild to intense sweetness in the form of chocolate and caramel, vanilla, layered fruit and light lemon and plum.
