This is a blend of natural, fully washed and dried Brazil, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees.  For the long nights and early mornings, this blend will keep you going.  It is clean, rich, medium bodied, with soft sweet acidity.  Dark roasted for the full richness of the various regions.

French Roast (Dark):

Dark roasts are shiny and oily on the surface and dark brown in color, sometimes almost black. Having spent the more time roasting, this bean contains less caffeine than the others. The coffee starts to taste bitter, a little smoky, with slightly burned undertones that may begin to have flavors of tar and charcoal.

FLAVORS:

Nutty chocolate, floral, vanilla, ripe fruit, sugary but well balanced with a clean finish.  Rich dark roast offers best flavor profile.
